Booking with us
You will be provided with a full quote for your order including additional charges such as delivery and/or stand hire, as well as a booking description before an order is placed. All cakes are made according to the agreed design as detailed in the booking description, however we ( namely Sugar Blossom cakes co.) reserve the right to make changes to the final design as we see fit. We do not copy other people’s work, however we are happy to take inspiration from other styles and decoration and incorporate those into your design.

On booking you will receive an invoice with your order details and payment info. The person(s) named on the invoice under INVOICE TO: will be responsible for all order details and booking agreements.

To secure your date a deposit of £40 is required for celebration cakes, or £100 for wedding cake. If a booking is made within 4 weeks of wedding date, or 2 weeks for a celebration cake collection/delivery, then the full balance is required to secure your order.

Any payments once made are non-refundable if the booking is no longer required and all payments indicate that you, the person(s) detailed on the invoice, have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) as stated here. You will also be sent a copy of our T&C’s on booking. Your chosen date is not secured until a payment has been made and remains available for others to book.
Payment of Remaining Balance
Final balance payment is due 4 weeks before the wedding date for a wedding cake or 2 weeks before collection/delivery for a celebration. If payment has not been made prior to delivery/collecting, we will withhold your order until the balance has been cleared.
Order Delivery
Wedding cake bookings will quoted for delivery and setup during the initial contact/consultation stage, once we have your venue details. For all other bookings we are happy to quote for delivery for orders over £100. Delivery quotes on request.
Your order will then be delivered to the designated location at a time arranged in advance. It is the person(s) detailed on the invoice, responsibility to ensure there is someone at the address, or full access to the venue/property and that any additional stands, dishes, props and/or flowers and decoration for your order is available at the venue at the designated time.
If for any reason we feel that the decoration, flowers and/or stands supplied are not suitable for the order, they will not be used. Once delivered to the address, or setup correctly at the venue a photo will be taken, we then accept no responsibility for any damage sustained to the order or injury caused.

Ingredients, Allergens and Nonedible Elements
All our cakes and bakes are made within an environment that contain nuts, seeds, dairy/lactose, gluten and soy. A full list of ingredients & allergens for your order will be emailed to you, either during the booking stage, or once your flavour selection has been confirmed. Please be advised that all our orders contain gluten, dairy/lactose, eggs, nuts and seeds unless otherwise specified in advance.

We will also email a list of ingredients and allergen to your venue if delivery is part of your booking. Your order may also contain non-edible elements and decoration which you, person(s) as detailed on the invoice will be informed of.
If flowers and foliage are being used as part of the order decoration, you will be emailed our FLOWERS AND FOLIAGE SAFETY GUIDELINES detailing the flowers and foliage we are happy to use. We take no responsibility for flowers, foliage or other non-edible elements and decoration used by other parties, once the order has been delivered or setup correctly by us.

It is the responsibility of the person(s) named on the invoice to inform the venue and/or those who will be consuming the order of all ingredients, key allergens and non-edible elements. We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury caused by allergic reactions to our cakes. All our cakes and bakes are suitable for a halal and Kosher diets.

Changes to your Booking, Cancellation or Postponement
If the order is no longer required or you wish to make changes to any of the booking details, including the date of collection/delivery please inform us as soon as possible. All payments once paid are non-refundable should the booking no longer be required.

Any changes to your order, either to the design, size of booking or change of date may incur additional charges. You will be informed of these before any changes are made. Should you require a change of date, where possible we will endeavour to move your booking to the new date. However, there is no guarantee your new date will be available, in which case your order will be cancelled and all payments once made will be non-refundable.

We reserve the right to allow only one change of date per booking.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order, any payments made to us will be refunded.
We cannot be held responsible for any external or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, that may prevent us completing your order, whether that’s Government Advice, Pandemics, labour disputes, failure of electricity supply, non-availability of material or supplies.
